No Fun At All
"Out Of Bounds" CD (Revelation)
Like Millencolin, No Fun At All are the Swedish version of Pennywise. Like Millencolin, they seem to do their California heroes one better, churning out an even sweeter version of American hardcore than the masters themselves. No Fun At All lead singer Ingemar Jansson manages to keep his Swedish accent in check for the duration of "Out of Bounds" and, even upon close scrutiny, you'd never know the guy probably belongs in E.S.L. classes. Every song is incredibly catchy and almost all are destined to find their way into a half-dozen surf and snowboard flicks. Turn it up, sing along and most of all, have fun. (TOM)
