"Once Around The Sun" CD (Freek)

Hmmmm. The Sonic Velvet Jesus Spacemen and Underground Pavement Youth Mary Chain 3? Yeah, why not? It's slightly noisy (except the final track of these six songs which is really noisy), gently, lilting indie-pop, not unlike a grape Fanta. It's fizzy, soft and languid. While nothing really stands out to distinguish this from its influences (much less give it an identity outside of them), it's quite good. Really.
