"Android Dreams" EP (Park N' Ride)
The Megas have always been one of the premiere purveyors of post-punk pop music, and this EP is more of the same - tuneful guitar rock, styled after the mid-80's Minneapolis punk happening. It sounds optimistic and hopeful, like walking out into an incredibly bright morning after spending a few days in a dark room. It hurts in much the same way, requiring shielded eyes until they dilate and adjust to the change in lighting conditions. In case this isn't abundantly clear, this is utterly fucking rad.
