If this were an dub, beats and samples album like the work that Dan Nakamura did with "Instrumentalyst," it would be a blunted, head-bobbing masterpiece. As it is, the rhymes inevitably do this album in like a double-tap entry wound in the back of the head. You see, I like hip hop, but I hate hatred of any kind and Jedi Mind Tricks toss in enough homophobia for me (see "Nada Cambia") to turn this off and cut over to Non-Prophets which embodies modern conscious hip hop and calls bullshit on all of the prejudice.
