"Better Read Than Dead" CD (Epitaph)
It's a pretty hit or miss effort - some of the songs (namely Cain's "Jennifer," Snuff's cover of "I Can See Clearly Now" and J Church's "Nothing Worth Knowing") are great punk. Others are lame death metal (Pitchshifter, Napalm Death, Tribes of Neurot) and boring rock (The Levellers, Gary Floyd Band and, surprise of surprises, Wayne Kramer). It's a grab bag of music and like most grab bags, quite a bit of the stuff in this one isn't worth your time or money.
