"Old Numbers" CD (Pop Narcotic)

Sounds like a bit harder edged country music with a dash of indie-rock and a handful of blues progressions thrown in for good measure. Some of the songs, namely "Conversation With Myself," are really catchy Southern Comfort-styled rock.

"Pencil Weight" b/w "Cut From Years" 7" (Pop Narcotic)

'70s style southern rock with a garage rock attitude. Nothing remarkable about this single, except that they've managed to maintain a country sound while remaining true to their indie-rock roots. No Brooks & Dunn here. (TOM)
